Jonathon & Elana Penner started Tiny Homes on the Prairie near the centre of Canada in 2018. Armed with 30 years of construction knowledge, we converted our century old barn into our shop, and started our first tiny house. With the cost of living on the rise, our mission was to find an alternative for first time home owners, and empty nesters looking to downsize, while still providing the quality they deserve.

Each of our homes is as unique as its owner. We work with our clients to provide the best options for their individual needs and tastes. While being both bright and airy, the homes are created to withstand the harsh Canadian winters, meeting Manitoba building codes. Many custom made features allow choices between finishes, appliance packages, and more.
