Most of our floor plans, except Celeste, are based on a 30ft by 8.5 ft triple axle steel trailer, approximately 255sq ft, not including any lofted areas.
26-30 ft homes starting at CAD $119,900-$134,900, our homes are custom built and designed for year round living, meeting all Manitoba building codes. All homes are CSA certified, and use top quality products, installed by qualified tradesmen.
